These terms cover all products sold exclusively by TYRA VENTURES SRL through the website www.stepaid.co. Any deviations from these terms shall be confirmed by TYRA VENTURES SRL Any other Terms and Conditions are excluded. Any user who enters and uses the services of the shop consents and agrees to abide by the terms set forth herein, no exceptions. If someone does not agree with these terms must refrain from using the services of this shop and from any transaction with it. Sending your order implies acceptance of these terms & conditions and all the terms thereof.
ORDERS 

Orders must be received via the internet by completing the relevant Order Form, which can be found at https://www.stepaid.co/Home/Eos3SeUcJ .Your order is received by us at the time you receive a confirmation e-mail from . Order details are available on the screen of the user after the completion of the order and are sent by e-mail to e-mail communication registered by the user. 

All prices within the site are final. In case of an ongoing promotion, our customers will have the chance to get a discount on the price of the product in promotion. Prices of products are subject to change without prior notice. Buyers will be charged with the product price, that was current at the time of purchase. 

MISSIONS / SHIPPING TERMS 

Product can be shipped anywhere within the Romania territory. The products will be sent by courier to the address you have indicated on the Order Form. The payment method is cash on delivery. Shipping will take place daily, except weekends and holidays. 

Please have your order number available and provide a reason for your request in order to speed up your refund process. Your request will be reviewed within 2 days and we will notify you via email of the results. 

 Refund, returns or exchanges request are accepted up to 30 days from the date of placing the Order with Tyra Ventures SRL. Tyra Ventures SRL may grant extensions to this period for some special cases and Products at its discretion. If you choose to pay by check or money order you may cancel your Order before making the payment or in case the payment is not received by us in 30 days Tyra Ventures SRL will cancelled you Order. You may submit a request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed. Please note that if the Order is already shipped or delivered we will not be able to approve the cancelation request. 

 Some products have special conditions for returns as described in the Order or Product materials delivered ("Products terms") so please read the carefully before making a request with Tyra Ventures SRL. In case of misunderstandings between Tyra Ventures SRL Refund Policy and the Product terms, the present Refund policy will prevail. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if due to Tyra Ventures SRL error, when you need to contact Tyra Ventures SRL and make a formal request. 

 If the refund request is granted by Tyra Ventures SRL, payments are refunded as follows:

 • Credit / Debit Cards payments will be refunded within one (1) business days; 

• Wire Transfer and check payments will be refunded within seven (7) business days and the cost of transfer will be supported by the end user; 

• PayPal payments will be refunded within one (1) business day; 

• Other payment methods will be refunded between five (5) to seven (7) days. 

If applicable, Tyra Ventures SRL reserve the right to hold the refund payment until we receive a completed letter of destruction of the Product signed by you.  

You are responsible for selecting your product and its suitability for your purposes. The customer must not harm or attempt to harm the integrity, safety and / or availability of the services of our company. 

● Give a valid name, family name, mailing address, telephone number and email. 

● You pay the price of the goods ordered.

 ● Be available, or have a representative available at the time of delivery. 

● Do not manufacture orders. 

● Do not manufacture product reviews or give any other false information. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

The company reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions, but this right does not affect the existing terms and conditions, accepted by the customer after making an order. The modification or renewal will be effective from the time that informed the text of any change. Please check periodically for changes to the terms and conditions section of this website. 

APPLICABLE LAW - JURISDICTION
This Agreement will be governed by Romanian law, especially laws that regulate issues, related to e-commerce, distance selling and consumer protection, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the place of establishment of our company. 

PRODUCTS 

The products hosted on the pages of the store are high quality and meet all required specifications. Also fully analyzed in terms of quality and usage. For any other use or application other, than that for which it is proposed, and constructed from our online shop is the responsibility solely by the customer.

The submission by you of your personal data, means that you are over 18 years old and consent to the data used by our company.
